Sarah Dixon

Sarah has 25 years of experience in media, communication and engagement. Her career includes local and state government projects as well as some of Australia’s largest private and listed companies including Lewis Land Group, Frasers Property, Sekisui House Australia, QIC Global Real Estate, Sunland Group, Watpac, Coles and McDonald’s. Sarah is a member of the Property Council of Australia Queensland Committee for Cities.

Anita Kharbanda

Anita is an accomplished external affairs expert with 25 years of experience across infrastructure, construction, and resources sectors. She has led communications and engagement programs for major projects in Australia and the UK, managed in-house corporate affairs and communication functions, and consulted to large private and listed companies. Anita is a member of the 2025 committee for Agency Leaders with Communications and Public Relations Australia.

Rhianne Bell

Rhianne bring over 20 years of experience to her role as Group Director. Her expertise includes corporate communications, stakeholder and community engagement including major project delivery. Her sector knowledge spans property, transport and infrastructure, energy and professional services, with a strong combination of in-house and agency-side experience. Rhianne holds a Certificate in Engagement with the Engagement Institute (formerly the International Association for Public Participation or IAP2).

Natalie Pridham

Natalie is a seasoned communications leader with more than 15 years of experience. Her skills in corporate communications, media and PR, and executive thought leadership were largely developed through senior roles in California with leading agencies including Method Communications, Blanc & Otus, and Walt & Company. Nat has a proven track record of helping clients protect and enhance their brands, from start-up to growth stage.

Tessa is a strategic communication and engagement professional with over 15 years of experience in-house, agency side, and her own consultancy. She specialises in internal and external communication and has worked with all levels of government and several private organisations in Australia, South Africa and the US.

Jo Cranstoun

Jo is a former journalist with decades of experience in media and communications. Her career experience includes regional and major metropolitan newspaper titles as a reporter and sub-editor, and in recent years she moved into the private sector. Prior to Urbaine, Jo led the communications and media relations for a large retirement living provider and a Queensland not-for-profit organisation.

Emily Lowe

Emily is a talented journalist with a passion for storytelling. She brings high energy and a can-do attitude to her clients and the Urbaine team. With her extensive experience at regional newspaper titles and a metropolitan broadcaster, Emily offers recent newsroom expertise and a range of established media contacts. Emily has a Bachelor of Journalism with multiple awards received during her studies.

Caitlin is an astute communication practitioner, bringing a digitally-savvy perspective to content creation and execution. She has transitioned from a successful internship to Account Coordinator at Urbaine with a can-do attitude and willingness to collaborate with clients and her team. Caitlin supports a range of client accounts with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
